Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation
In 2017 Randy was published in the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation Journal. He co-authored with Lindsay Woznick an article titled “Addressing Key Items in Surface Use Agreements.” The paper focuses on surface use agreements for oil and gas operations.
Nick recently wrote an article which published in the Winter 2017 edition of Wyoming Medicine. Nick’s article titled “From YouTube to Your Local Emergency Department” gives readers the basic answers to frequent questions regarding implied consent for law enforcement, blood draws in DUI cases. Equal Justice Wyoming – Legal Aid
Greg, Justin and Matthew participated in a Legal Resource Fair that was held at the First United Methodist Church on November 14, 2017. The fairs are held weekly to assist the public with legal matters outside of normal business hours. In order for individuals to receive the legal advice, they must be income eligible and must qualify for the services through Equal Justice Wyoming.
Advice is limited to non-criminal matters, such as family law; probate, wills or advance directives; real property; landlord/tenant

On September 13, 2017, Tim co-presented at the Wyoming State Bar Convention held at Little America, Cheyenne, Wyoming. The topic of Tim’s presentation was on how to react, prepare, and handle the increase of Wyoming’s Consumer Bankruptcy cases. Tim’s co-presenters were Mark R. Stewart and Ethan J. Bimberg.

Greg was the guest speaker at the ANB Bank Leadership Center on Wednesday September 13, 2017, where he presented “Estate Planning-Is it for me?”. The presentation was filled with advice on beginning your estate planning.
Greg Dyekman was selected to serve as moderator of the Mayor’s Roundtable held on August 7, 2017 as part of the week-long 150th Anniversary Celebration of the founding of Cheyenne. Six living former mayors and the sitting Mayor, Marian Orr, responded to questions about their times as mayor, and their thoughts about the future of Cheyenne.

Wyoming Nonprofit Network
Greg and Matt co-presented with Amber Nuse of McGee, Hearne & Paiz, LLP, at the recent Sheridan, Wyoming, event. The Wyoming Nonprofit Network held the “Collective Voices: Wyoming Nonprofit Symposium” on June 7, 2017 at the Sheridan College located in Sheridan, Wyoming, for nonprofit professionals in the area. Greg and Matt both gave presentations on fiduciary duties of directors and managers as well as interstate regulation for non-profit entities. Ms. Nuse presented on tax compliance.
